Kolesino waterfall is situated in the southeastern part of the Republic of Macedonia, the northern slopes of Mount Belasica in the lower reaches of the river Baba, at an altitude of 500 m. It is one of the highest waterfalls in Macedonia with a height of 15 m, a width of decline of about 6 m. According to the origin it is tectonic waterfall, created in granite stones. Upstream Kolesino Waterfall, a distance of about 100 meters there are several smaller waterfalls distributed in a series of 2 to 4 meters high, belonging to its central basin. Average between 400 and 500 tourists a day visit Kolesino Waterfall, and on the weekends, this number has been doubled.
